Travel to Vesilahti by motor vehicle from the ferry harbors?

Super Basic Directions to Vesilahti by vehicle: After landing in Helsinki at any of the ferryboat terminals, head direction north toward Tampere and look for the road/highway E12. Look for signs for Keha 3, and that will take you to E12.
Once you are driving on E12 follow the highway for around 150 km. Take the exit marked Lempäälä, since driving through Lempäälä is the fastest, but if you want a more slower scenic route than you can also take the exit at Toijala, or Viiala. Those exits just are smaller slower traffic roads.

Silverline's Ms Tampere runs a day cruise between Tampere, Laukontori and Hämennlinna, which stops in Lempäälä. There's a restaurant, and entertainement on-board. Once landed in Lempäälä, you can cycle, walk or drive to Vesilahti. A minimum of 10 passengers is needed to launch the cruise. The ship can also stop over at Rosendahl, Eden, Viinikanniemi and Viikinsaari landing docks.
